America's Favorite Comfort Food

For the past 3 years (starting in 2008) I have been visiting Seattle-area restaurants and rating (read: having an excuse to eat as much mac and cheese as I can) their particular version of America's favorite comfort food.

Obviously, I have not tried EVERY SINGLE mac and cheese dish in the Seattle area (there's only so much time and money!), but I'm working on it. I will keep adding to the list as I venture out and try new dishes. I will post reviews of various restaurants here, but for now, here is my list of Mac and Cheese in order of deliciousness!
